Customer Support
An all-inclusive customer service program assures our clients of DPI's continued presence to meet
their needs. DPI provides a customer support staff to answer our clients' needs after a system has
been turned over. Customer Support will assist with post project items such as part orders, answers
to technical questions, emergency repairs, system audits, maintenance support and warranty issues.
DPI continues to meet our clients' needs throughout the life of the system, well after we complete
system installation and commissioning.
