Project Management
Project Management
At the beginning stages of a project, DPI assigns an experienced materials handling professional as
Project Manager. The Project Manager manages the cross-functional disciplines to a client's specification.
While keeping the client completely informed, the Project Manager will deliver a well-executed,
engineered, scheduled and cost-effective system. The DPI Project Manager is a client's primary interface
for all areas of the project during the project life cycle, providing a direct, single point of contact that is
always available.
Program Management
For a project involving several distribution centers, DPI will assign a Program Manager who will work
closely with the client and DPI's internal Project Managers to provide consistent system analysis,
equipment application and installation services from job-site to job-site. As a result, clients can expect
lower training cost, lower construction cost, shorter construction cycles and a single point of contact for
communications with DPI.
