Rack
Selective Pallet Rack
The most versatile product, selective rack provides efficient use of space and immediate access to every load stored.
A wide range of sizes, gauges and accessories are available. Beam heights are easily adjustable to accommodate
new load sizes. Pallet Rack is also available in structural steel which is a debris-free solution ideal for food
applications.
Carton Flow Rack
Carton Flow picking delivers dramatic cost savings in order picking operations. Using gravity as the free power
source, it can save 25% to 75% in labor over static systems. Separate stocker and picker aisles and picking faces
that are always fully stocked enhance the efficiency of your operation. Efficient first-in/first-out rotation
assures food distributors of product freshness. High visibility prevents out-of-stock situations.
Drive-In Rack
Because drive-in/drive-thru rack requires few aisles, you can store up to 75% more pallets than with conventional
pallet rack. A forklift drives directly into the rack, allowing storage of six or more pallets deep. Drive-in
uses a common entry and exit. Drive-thru has a separate entry and exit. Welded construction provides high
rigidity and strength; placement of frames and reinforcing struts is computer calculated to match individual
upright section requirements. This space saving rack is also available in structural steel.
Push Back Rack
If your need is multiple pick facing with extremely high throughput, Push Back Rack is ideal. This versatile
form of pallet flow rack stores pallets tow, three or four deep using telescoping carriages. Pallets are fed
and retrieved from one aisle, making Push Back ideal for applications that require a large number of picking
faces. It also reduces picking times while increasing throughput in high-density storage and retrieval situations.
Pallet Flow Rack
A first-in/first-out retrieval system, live pallet storage can double or triple capacity compared to drive-in or
conventional pallet rack. It’s ideal for freezer warehouses, food distribution centers, or for storage of high-volume
customer goods. If your operation involves a significant amount of pallet or carton order picking, live pallet can save
you time, warehouse space, and money.
Cantilever Rack
If you need to store long or bulky items such as lumber or carpeting, cantilever racks are your best choice. There are
no aisle uprights to limit the use of horizontal space.
